A select blend of Devon chillies in a lovely bottle ready to make your own chilli oil or chilli vinegar.

For this gift, we've chosen a mix of chillies (grown and dried on the farm) that are ideal for making chilli oil and chilli vinegar. This attractive, 250ml bottle has a stopper, pourer and is part-filled with dried Aji Limon and Ring of Fire chillies. Just add the oil and vinegar of your choice and leave to steep for 3 or four weeks.

Drizzle on salads, pasta and pizza. Also great for roasting vegetables or frying eggs.

As the level goes down, refill with oil/vinegar.
