I am not a UK-based business, can I still join?

To apply to sell with Not On The High Street, your business must be registered and trade from the UK or Northern Ireland. 

Why haven't I had a response to my application?

We may not have all the information we need to process your application. Have you:

• Completed our application form

• Ensured that we can review images of your products either through your website, social media or a photo-sharing website within your application

• Waited at least 7 days since you applied

• Ensured that your email spam and junk filters recognise notonthehighstreet.com as a safe contact.

Please make sure you have completed the above, and if so, please get in touch so that we can further your application.

If I fill in the application form to sell online with notonthehighstreet.com, am I obligated to join?

Not at all; completing the form allows us to hear more about your business and to give you the appropriate information about working with us.

Do I have to pay an annual membership renewal fee or listing fees?

No, we have a one-off joining fee to sell with us, and no charges to list products.

Can you review my application without photographs of my products?

No, you will need to provide images of the products you would like to sell, either by giving us a website address, your social media, or by providing a link to an online photo sharing application.

Do I need professional images of my products to be accepted?

Strong imagery (particularly for your main image) that is clear and well-lit entices customers onto the listing and helps to maximise sales for our Partners. In our experience, lifestyle photography showing products in situ, as opposed to white backgrounds or mannequin shots perform best on our platform. 

What if I have applied before?

Our system does not support re-applications so if you would like to re-apply, please get back in touch with us via email.
