Our price promise to you

Step 1: If you find an item for less elsewhere, contact our lovely Not On The High Street customer services team to make a claim.

Step 2: The team will ask you for your Not On The High Street order number, plus a screenshot and link to the lower-priced item.

Step 3: If everything looks legit, we’ll send you a Not On The High Street voucher to match the difference.

If you find an identical product you purchased from us at a lower price from an Approved Retailer (defined below) within 7 days of acceptance of your Not On The High Street order, you can claim the difference. If successful, this shall be refunded to you on a Not On The High Street gift voucher, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

1. Customer Eligibility

In order to claim under this Price Match Promise, you must:

1.1 be over the age of 18;

1.2 be the named customer who placed the order on Not On The High Street;

1.3 have a billing and delivery address associated with the order in the UK and/or Northern Ireland; and

1.4 have met the claim conditions set out in the remainder of these Terms and Conditions and be able to provide evidence, where requested, of this.

2. Claim Conditions

In order to make a claim under this Price Match Promise, the following conditions must be met:

2.1 your purchase must have been made on Not On The High Street within 7 days of the order acceptance, not the delivery date;

2.2 the lower priced product sold by an Approved Retailer must be identical to that purchased by you, including, but not limited to the same seller, make, size, colour and specification;

2.3 the claim does not apply against reduced to clear, multi-buy offers, members-only price, apps-only price, flash sale, reduced through a promo code, exclusive/trade prices or misprinted prices. Seasonal offers or promotions by an Approved Retailer are acceptable;

2.4 the claim is against the total basket value, inclusive of any standard delivery charges;

2.5 the claim will not be accepted if the product has been returned and/or refunded and any successful claim will be revoked if you return a product after a claim is decided. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.

2.6 We reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud, bad faith or unauthorised reseller activity. For example, if we believe you have purchased a large number of products solely in order to make a claim, we will limit the claim recovery value to the difference in one product only.

3. Approved Retailers

Claims under this Price Match Promise will only be accepted for in-stock products from the following approved retailers’ websites or app only: Etsy, Moonpig, John Lewis and Next.

4. Claim Process

4.1 To make a claim under this Price Match Promise, please provide the following to our Customer Services Team via our contact form.

4.1.1 the order number for your original purchase; and

4.1.2 a screenshot and a link to the product with the lower price by an Approved Retailer.

4.2 We may take up to 14 days to assess your claim and determination of claims is at our sole discretion. Successful claims will be refunded the difference as a Not On The High Street gift voucher. The gift voucher will be valid for 12 months from the point of activation.

5. Exclusions

Please note claims will not apply to purchases made through the following Irish storefronts: Appleberry Atelier; MAKE IT WITH WORDS; Chimac; The House Of L.E.A.F; TellmyStoryBook; elevencorners; GreaterSkies; Elayor Jewellery; Jennifer Rothwell; Ro Óg; Little Attic Jewellery; Oak and Jay; Kismet Weddings; Lulu + Belle; six0six design; Saba Jewellery, A Box For My Treasure and A Touch of India.

6. General

6.1 We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions from time to time where we consider it necessary to do so.

6.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
