Single origin, hand-harvested olives grown in southwestern mainland Greece. No chemical pesticides or fertilisers used.

Minimal free acidity of a rare 0.2% or less (this is the prime indicator of quality and up to 4x better than the regulatory limit of 0.8% for extra virgin olive oil). High in antioxidant polyphenols (at least 3x better than mass produced olive oils).

Sustainably and regeneratively farmed. No air miles.

Produced under scrupulous hygiene standards and quality control. Raw, cold, mechanical extraction within just a few hours of harvest. No hexane or other chemical solvents used.

Monovarietal made with 100% "Koroneiki" variety olives.
