Ornament colour can be from light to dark shade of wood. No two rocking horse ornaments will be the same in wood grain colour. This is part of the beauty of wooden products as they have a different patterns.

Every item is designed and personalised from the scratch and each item with a different words and number of characters it will look different. Because item is personalised and handmad we can not not guarantee uniformity.

For the above reasons no refund or replacement can be provided.

NOTE: Engraving is available only on one side. If required It can be done on the back for an extra cost.
