The Spotty Letters are made from white porcelain clay, hand decorated with a random spotty pattern in red slip and finished with a clear porcelain glaze to give a glossy finish. The rear of the letter is left plain and unglazed and bears the makers mark. The Spotty Letters are finished with a red satin ribbon.
