An original, handmade gloss on aluminium painting of Big Ben by artist Louise Sanders ARBSA.
This unique London painting will add a vibrant and contemporary focal point to any home.
Inspired by the bright lights of London, the place she now calls home, Louise wanted to capture this famous landmark in a new perspective whilst still drawing inspiration from the various cultures and places she has visited.
Some areas of the aluminium are intentionally left exposed, creating an unusual visual contrast to the painted surfaces.
Each painting comes with signed authentication by the artist, verifying that the artwork is an original, one-off piece.
Louise is a contemporary artist who has exhibited and sold her work internationally. Elected as an Associate of the prestigious Royal Birmingham Society of Artists in 2009, she has work in collections around the world including China, the USA, and Jamaica and her unique style continues to prove popular.

High quality 3mm aluminium and gloss paint. The wooden batons attached on the reverse of the painting gives the fantastic illusion of the painting floating on the wall. Hanging fixtures are included.
Please note: As a hand painted piece of artwork, brushwork is an inherent part of the finished piece and should be expected. It is these hand-made marks which create the textures within the finished painting. This piece is unframed but does not require framing prior to hanging. As with any handmade object, handle with care: Aluminium is a soft metal and can scratch or dent. Should any fingerprints be on the aluminium following hanging, the aluminium can be gently wiped using methylated spirit and a soft cloth or kitchen roll. Do not rub the surface of the painting or use any chemicals on the painted areas. As with any piece of art, extremes of temperature should be avoided.
