Drawn in a freehand flowing line, the black and white portrait is then coloured with watercolour brushes to pick out a few highlight colours. This is our artistic interpretation of your photograph rather than a detailed drawing. The poses that work best are natural looking moments, rather than smiling directly at the viewer - so looking down, to the side or from behind. How do I send my photo? Once you have placed your order we will send you a link to upload your image.

What do you draw? We sketch from the perspective in the photograph and don't include any background details unless selected in the dropdown. If selected, the focus is on the figures and the background is left sketchy. The illustration is coloured and digitally printed.

Can I check what you’ve drawn? Yes - we’ll upload a proof via a customer enquiry for you to check and make any changes to. We offer up to 3 amends to your original drawing. For further changes there will be an additional charge.
