Porthmeor Beach, St Ives, Cornwall is a handmade recycled paper collage art print made out of upcycled materials.
One of St Ives loveliest beaches with its turquoise seas and fine golden sands! I wanted to capture the tropical colours of this beach with my collage and by mainly cutting the paper it has given it a lovely smooth effect! All paper used is from recycled magazines and junk mail, cut, glued and stuck to create this stunning scene! I l view my collage as a way of artistically recycling which gives it the good feel factor! A lovely present for anyone with a love of St Ives and Cornwall or just tropical beaches!
Variations
The print makes a wonderful gift and can be personlised with a handwritten message on the mount. If no personalisation is requested I will write the name of the place and my signature, in pencil.
The MDF frame is painted white with a slight woodgrain effect and the mount arctic white, it can be hung on the wall or stands on a tabletop.
Gift wrapping is avaiable in brown Kraft recycled gift paper, string and tag.
Made from
Old magazines and junk mail that are torn, cut and glued to create the picture, they are then printed on FSC paper and wrapped in acid free tissue paper to dispatch to you in recycled cardboard.

The prints measure 6"x8"(15cm x 20cm) or 8"x10"(20cm x25cm) and 16.5"x11.7" (59.4x42cm).
The framed prints measure 8"x10 (20cm x 25cm) and 10 x12" (25cm x 30cm) with mounts for print sizes 6"x8"(15cm x 20cm) and 8"x10"(20cm x 25cm).
