Remembering Lost Loved Ones Gift Angel Card Alternative

Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us everyday.x

This is such a lovely alternative to the classic rememberance card which just gets read and popped into a keepsake box or the recycling.

This super sweet reminder can be hung and loved all year round. This wooden card can also be persoanlised with your own chosen message on the reverse.

The handpainted wooden plaque has a sweet little red polka dot heart which is the perfect accompanyment to remember that special grandad, nanny, sister, brother, mum, dad or friend.
