This heart design is cut from a single sheet of gold metallic paper and each one is mounted individually in relief onto heavyweight black paper so that the cut out design casts a beautiful shadow and looks 3D. Each little red bird is applied individually.
The frame is a white box frame with a thin black slip which prevents the glass from pressing against the paper. The front of the frame is made of glass.
