HOW IS THE JEWELLERY POUCH PERSONALISED?
We hand stamp the personalisation in our studio. You must select the personalised gift bag option (+£3.00) at checkout. If this option is not selected, a standard Wue cotton gift bag will be sent, even if wording is entered.
HOW MANY CHARACTERS CAN I INCLUDE?
Personalisation can include up to 12 characters, including spaces. Letters and numbers only.
WHAT IS A HAIKU?
A haiku is a short form of unrhymed poetry originally from Japan, consisting of 17 syllables arranged over three lines of 5, 7 and 5 syllables.
CAN I SEND THIS DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?

HOW DO I CARE FOR THE EARRINGS?

We ship via Royal Mail for total peace of mind. Standard delivery is Tracked 48, or you can choose Express delivery at checkout for Tracked 24. Both services provide full tracking.
