HOW MANY CHARACTERS CAN I INCLUDE?
Personalisation can include up to 12 characters, including spaces. Letters and numbers only.
CAN I SEND THIS DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?
Yes. Please select the ‘gift’ option at checkout and enter your message. When the gift option is selected, no pricing information is included in the parcel.
HOW DO I CARE FOR THE NECKLACE?
We include a silver care card with every order, providing guidance on keeping your jewellery looking its best. Please also see our Instagram account for a video explaining this.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We ship via Royal Mail for peace of mind. Standard delivery is Tracked 48, or you can choose Express delivery at checkout for Tracked 24. Both services provide full tracking.
