HOW IS THE JEWELLERY POUCH PERSONALISED?
We hand stamp the personalisation in our studio. If no personalisation is selected we send a standard WUE jewellery pouch.
CAN I SEND THIS DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?
Yes. Please select the 'gift' option at checkout and enter your message. If you select our 'hand tied' gift wrap service, we will hand-write your message onto the tag. When the gift option is selected, we ensure no pricing information is included in the parcel.
HOW DO I CARE FOR THE EARRINGS?
We include a silver care card with every order, which provides full instruction for keeping your earrings at their finest. Please also see our Instagram account for a video explaining this.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We ship via Royal Mail for total peace of mind. Standard shipping is Tracked 48, or you can choose the 'Express' option at checkout for Tracked 24. Both services provide full tracking for your order.
