We recommend that you do not store your item in the gift box for any extended period as this can accelerate the rate at which the silver tarnishes. We offer the option of an anti-tarnish bag which will help keep your silver jewellery looking as good as new.
Sterling silver will tarnish over time - this is natural but by keeping your silver away from direct contact with moisture, perfume, creams and cosmetics you will prolong its shine.
Please remove your jewellery when showering and sleeping and store it ideally in an anti tarnish bag. An occasional wipe with a silver polishing cloth should be all that is needed.
All sterling silver will tarnish over time. To help reduce the rate of tarnish it is advisable to keep your jewellery away from water, cosmetics, perfumes, chemicals etc. Storing your jewellery (make sure it is dry) in an airtight bag will also help to keep it looking good as new. You should use a silver polishing cloth occasionally to gently clean your sterling silver.
