We sourced these mango strips and had them dipped by hand in a rich dark chocolate to give a modern twist to a traditional confectionery.

A wonderful sweetmeat that is welcomed and enjoyed by people with vegan, vegetarian and gluten free diets.

Also, we wanted think outside the (chocolate) box and in so doing designed and created these graceful scrolls that encase and protect the product.
