Handpicked, locally sourced gift experiences supporting independent businesses, artists and makers across Yorkshire.

Hi, I'm Rachel and I started Uniquely Local Experiences in 2016 to help small businesses in Yorkshire promote their workshops, activities and courses to gift buyers.

At the time the gift experience market seemed to be dominated by the larger companies mostly promoting driving days and spa vouchers that could be done in multiple locations across the country. It didn't feel very 'handpicked' or thoughtful for the buyer or the recipient.

I wanted Uniquely Local to help highlight all the unique experiences that were available in Yorkshire and to work with the passionate individuals and small businesses running high quality experiences that make lovely gifts for all occasions.

Delivery

Digital vouchers and voucher gift boxes are both available.

You will need a NOTHS account to receive your digital voucher.

Voucher gift boxes cost £3.50 and are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail. Allow approximately 2-3 days for delivery.

Terms and Conditions

All of our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against any of our listed experiences. The recipient may exchange their voucher if they don't like the experience they have been bought. Vouchers cannot be exchanged once a date has been booked for the experience.

Most of our vouchers are valid for 12 months and must be booked before the expiry date.
