Designed for curious food lovers, nature enthusiasts and fungi fans alike, this guided experience introduces the fundamentals of safe, responsible mushroom foraging in a welcoming and accessible way.

The experience begins with an introduction to the principles of foraging and an overview of the session ahead before setting off on a leisurely 3 to 4 mile woodland walk. Along hidden paths and quieter corners of the forest, Elliot shares expert knowledge on identifying edible mushrooms and collecting them ethically, with time throughout the walk to stop, discuss finds and learn more about the woodland environment.

After the walk, there’s time to relax and swap stories over a cup of tea prepared using either foraged herbs or Yorkshire Mushroom Emporium’s Lion’s Mane Extract. Each guest will also take home freshly cultivated mushrooms, along with anything collected during the guided foraging session.
