SATAY — MALAYSIA
Ginger, garlic, lemongrass, kaffir lime and galangal combine with coriander, cumin and turmeric. Add chicken or vegetables to make lightly charred skewers with a warm peanut dipping sauce.
THIT KHO — VIETNAM
A rich Vietnamese dish made with pork or tofu. Aromatic Paste, Fish Sauce, Sweet Chilli Sauce and Umami Stock create a savoury-sweet sauce finished with sesame.
CRISPY CHILLI BEEF — CHINA
Crisp bites coated in a sticky sauce made with Chinese five spice, Aromatic Paste, Soy Sauce and Sweet Chilli Sauce, finished with spring onions and toasted sesame. Make it with beef or the tofu alternative, using the air fryer or hob.
SHOYU RAMEN — JAPAN
A Tokyo-style soy broth made with Aromatic Paste, Umami Stock, Soy Sauce and Fish Sauce. Add chicken, tofu or mushrooms, noodles and vegetables, then finish with Tyga Ramen Seasoning to taste.
The specialist ingredients are already measured, saving the need to buy full jars and packets or work out unfamiliar spice combinations. Simply add the fresh ingredients and other groceries listed on each illustrated, step-by-step recipe card.

Aromatic Paste (ginger purée, garlic purée, cannellini beans, citric acid, onion granules, fine sea salt, ascorbic acid, potassium sorbate, sodium metabisulphite (SULPHITES)); Fish Sauce (anchovy extract (66%), salt (29%), sugar (5%)) (FISH); Sweet Chilli Sauce (water, sugar, red chilli, garlic purée, cornflour, acetic acid, salt); Umami Stock (salt, tomato powder, sun-dried tomato powder, yeast extract powder, porcini mushroom powder); SESAME seeds.
CRISPY CHILLI BEEF
