Established in 2014, The Real Cure is a British charcuterie company specialising in wild deer. You won't find a 'classic British banger' or imitation Italian salami here, but if you're interested in new and exciting flavours, we're your people.
We use locally sourced venison, fresh herbs and foraged seasonal ingredients, together with age old processes such as smoking, curing and dehydrating. To our mind there is no better meat in the world than wild British deer, free to range and browse on the varied diet that the British countryside provides makes it some of the tastiest meat around.
The multi award winning range of salamis and cured meats has scooped up prizes in this year's Great Taste and Taste of the West Awards amongst others.
