The Real Cure use traditional, artisan methods of curing, smoking, fermenting and air drying to create a unique, award-winning range of cured meats. All packaging is fully recyclable.
The products in this hamper do not need to be refrigerated until opened. Please store in a cool, dry place.

Established in 2014 and based at Hartgrove Farm in rural Dorset, The Real Cure use traditional, artisan methods of curing, smoking, fermenting and air drying to create a unique, award-winning range of cured meats. Provenance is everything, which is why our salamis, chorizos and air dried hams are made using responsibly sourced, free range, wild and grass-fed British meat.
Hartgrove Coppa is made from free range pork collar, salt, sugar, garlic powder, bay leaves, black pepper. Preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate. Gluten Free
Wild Venison Pepperoni is made from wild venison, pork fat, salt, red wine, sweet paprika, chilli, black pepper, caraway seeds, muscovado sugar, garlic powder, dextrose. Antioxidants: sodium ascorbate. Preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate - Gluten free
