Produced and manufactured on the family run farm on the outskirts of Edinburgh, this home grown, nutrient packed oil is a truly delicious alternative to turn any omelette, pizza or pasta into something spectacular. Whilst our black truffle oil recieved a 1 star Great Taste Aaward, our white truffle infused oil has been awarded a 3 star Great Taste Award, the highest possible grading.

Our cold pressed rapeseed oil derives its unrivalled quality and light, buttery flavour from the way we plant, grow, harvest, dry and press our oilseed rape crop. With half the saturated fat of regular extra virgin olive oil, our oils have 28g of polyunsaturated fat per 100g proving to be a health benefit in reducing bad cholesterol and bossting good cholesterol. Hand bottled in the old bothy at Carrington Barn Farms, this award winning oil is the only oil you'll need for frying, roasting, baking...or even just dipping and drizzling in bread!
