These earrings are made with genuine paua shell, which is never dyed or artificially coloured. Natural paua varies in pattern and tone, so no two pieces will ever match perfectly. Slight differences between each earring are completely normal and part of the beauty of working with real shell. For this reason, we’re not able to offer a replacement based on colour variation alone — but if you’d like to return them, you’re very welcome to do so as long as they’re in their original condition and unopened packaging.
