If we have any issues with uploading your handwriting we will reach out via the Not On The High Street messaging service. If you don't upload your handwriting quickly your order will be subject to delays.

If you aren't sure of your ring size, we sell a ring sizing tool (view our store to find it) which is worth investing in to get your size right the first time.
As personalised jewellery is not returnable, we strongly advise you get the ring size right BEFORE placing your order, due the way this ring is engraved we may not be able to size it up or down once made without distorting the engraving.
You will need to upload your engraving for us to work with when you submit your order, it's best if you can send it written in black on plain, unlined paper to avoid delays. We can usually make and ship in one-two working days but this depends on if you want to see a proof first and if the handwriting is clear and easy to read.
Optional gift wrap: Your piece will be wrapped in a branded gift box, gift wrapped in a gold map print paper, tied with a ribbon and sent in a luxury gift bag. If a gift message is included we will hand write it for you in a small gift card. This can be sent direct to the recipient for you.
