Made from
This ribbon has been made from 100% post-consumer plastic bottles. The ribbon is attached to the cardboard reel with paper tape and finished with a recycled label.
The bottles are collected from recycling plants, sorted, washed and crushed into balls.. The balls are then ground into flakes which are heated to create molten plastic. This liquid is extruded at high pressure to make yarn.. which is then dyed (using water based ink) and used to make ribbon!
