Sweet Tomato Relish: Red peppers, sugar, tomato (14%), red chilli (5%), red wine vinegar, garlic, ginger.
Smoked Harissa Mayonnaise: Rapeseed oil, water, cider vinegar, SOYA milk (water, hulled SOYA beans), smoke infused extra virgin rapeseed oil, tomato paste, salt, tomato powder (tomato, anti caking agent: silicon dioxide), unrefined sugar, paprika, chilli powder, modified potato starch, MUSTARD flour, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, ground coriander, ground cumin, thickener: xanthan gum, ground star anise.

Storage and shelf life Store in a cool dark place. Once opened, refrigerate the sauces, mayonnaise and relish and use within four weeks. The rub and salt keep at ambient temperature.
