These can be completely personalised with your own poem/phrase as well as with the babies name and date. If you would like to stay with our chosen poem as shown on the example, this is absolutely fine, you can just let us know the name and date you would like us to place on the card.
You can also select a larger quantity pack which are lovely to include as poem cards as part of a funeral service program or to send to your friends and family in memory of your loved one.
