For best results keep your personalisation short and sweet. If you crop the images to landscape before sending over the iamges then this will ensure a quick dispatch. If the images are not cropped to the right shape then a proof will be sent and will require a response from yourself. We cannot be held responsible fro any delays due to waiting for a proof confirmation.

HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTO:

• Please send your photo after placing your order

• Login to your account and go to ‘My Orders’

• Click ‘Contact the Seller’

• Click ‘Choose Files’ at the bottom of the page and select your image - Please ensure you type something in the text box.

• Click ‘Submit’ - You will need to send each image SEPERATELY, it will only send one image at a time.
