Please note: The area printed will always be broader that your exact location as the print requires a wide area of coverage. If your area is near or surround by water, this will appear blank on your product.
You can add personalised text underneath the photo and map as well as having the option to add a message to the bottom of the product, this is great for gifting occasions or simply adding information about the images.
Simply follow the below instructions to upload your photo and provide us with an address for your location, then we do the rest!
TO UPLOAD YOUR IMAGES please follow these steps:
> Make sure you are logged into your notonthehighstreet.com account
> Go to ‘My Orders’
> Click ‘Contact Seller’
> Attach images ensuring you label the images in the text box provided (the images will not upload if no text is entered)
> Click Submit
Alternatively, if you have trouble with this method you can email the photographs to [email protected] along with your order number.
We recommend the photo size to be a minimum of 260 x 260 pixels
PLEASE NOTE: Images that are not square - i.e rectangle - will be cropped to fit a square image. We do not provide proofs unless requested. Please open an enquiry after ordering, to request a proof, or for any other issue. We will focus on the people/animals shown in the pictures.
