This bar is great for cleansing and waking up the body and mind. Nettles are high in vitamin C and minerals; all this goodness gets transferred to the olive oil and acts as a wonderful tonic for the body along with a beautiful hint of green (green tint differs per batch depending on time of year). Peppermint is an invigorating medicinal oil that is known to help relieve aches and pains and mental and physical exhaustion.
