This Family Tree Print on Wood is designed so that the personalised names follow the pattern of tree rings of a hand-drawn sliced log.
This Personalised Family Names Print makes a thoughtful gift for new parents, grandparents, mother's day and father's day. The simple layout of the names makes it easy to order and can work for any number of names up to 255 characters.
Variations
The family tree with personalised names is printed onto a square of birch plywood to make a beautiful, unique keepsake. All of the wood I use is sourced from sustainable suppliers. The subtle grain in the wood shows through the print and adds to the character of the item.
You can choose to leave the wood its natural colour, or the wood can be given a thin layer of whitewash before printing. This gives the print a brighter finish. The family tree image is digitally created and then transferred onto the wood using a hand printing process. Each one is unique and carefully finished and protected with a layer of matt varnish.
This item is small enough to stand on a shelf or it can also be hung on the wall as it is supplied with a brass hanger fitted on the back to hang from a picture pin. I also offer framing in a simple unglazed white wood or black wood frame, this gives the finished item a very contemporary style.

The wood used for the unframed print is 17.5cm x 17.5cm x 1cm.
The wood used for the framed print is also 17.5cm x 17.5cm but it is 2cm thick.
The frame adds 4.5cm x 4.5cm x 1cm onto the original wood size therefore the overall size of the framed artwork is 22cm x 22cm x 3cm.
Packaging: All of the protective packaging used by Northern Logic to ship orders is made from recycled paper based materials, and can be recycled in your household paper & card recycling bin.

To order this family tree print simply type the names in the order you’d like them to appear in the personalisation details box on the drop down menu. This print can be personalised with any number of names - up to 255 characters - if the names are very long the font will be smaller to accomodate them, or may be arranged around 2 circles if this works better aesthetically. Please ensure that the names are entered accurately and spelt correctly as I will copy and paste exactly what is typed in by the customer.
