I try to recycle as much packaging that I recieve. Do not worry if you recieve your beautiful art work in a box labled differently. This both reduces costs and is my way of helping the environment.
This art work will need to be sent in a large parcel due to its size and fragility.
For Free Postage and packaging I will send via Royal Mail 1st Class - I can not insure the safety of the parcel via this method.
However I recommend upgrading the delivery to Special Delivery at the checkout this will insure the parcel should the worst happen.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
