This has been painted with Golden, heavy body, acrylic paint and Winsor & Newton, professional, acrylic paint using Rosemary brushes.
I wanted to paint an all black bird from the corvid bird family. I decided on the raven. It was a challenge to capture the gothic beautiful of the raven's iridescent feathers on canvas.
The raven and the corvid family are often used to capture the imagination of the Halloween season.
This charming painting would not only be a suitable present for any occasion such as a wedding, birthday or christening it would also make a perfect gift for Christmas especially for a bird enthusiast or ornithophiles.

Postage is free.
I use Royal Mail signed for second class and Hermes standard signed for. These can take between 2 to 4 days. Of course these companies can sometimes have delays so please be aware of this.
