Personalised Heart Hanging Decoration Mothers Day Gift

This handmade porcelain heart hanging decoration is pressed with a flower from my Cornish country garden with purple glaze. This heart can be personalised with any name or initials.

Hanging hearts makes great gifts all year round, a perfect gift for mum, unique Easter gift, Mother's Day gift, birthday gifts and hostess gifts.

These decorations are pressed with real flowers - primroses and viola flowers are used January to April and then geranium flowers are used for the rest of the year, all picked from my country garden.

Due to this product being handmade each item varies slightly.
