Bringing you a little bit of Paris via Edinburgh to wherever you are
Mademoiselle Macaron's founder, Rachel, had lived in Paris for one blissful year and ate A LOT of macarons. She learned how to make them at the Alain Ducasse cookery school and brought her passion and knowledge back to Scotland.
In 2014 Mademoiselle opened our first cafe and shop and we now ship macarons across the UK for anything from a little indulgence to corporate gifts and wedding favours.
We pass on our macaron secrets at our classes held in our premises in Edinburgh and we're delighted to be offering a digital bake at home box for 2021.
