A gorgeously simple sterling silver heart necklace from Macaroon.

A delicate, polished sterling silver heart bead has been thread onto a pretty sterling silver beading chain. The heart sits beautifully in the nape of your neck and looks stunning when teamed with other beautiful silver chains in different lengths. A gorgeous gift to show someone you care.

Each necklace is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in an organic cotton pouch with pearlised card gift tag.
