This stunning necklace is made up of two sterling silver pendants: a sterling silver heart charm approximately 15mm, with a sterling silver setting in the middle for 3mm semi precious birthstone. The second pendant is a round sterling silver hammered disc approximately 17mm, which can be engraved with a name of up to six letters.
You don't have to choose your own birthstone, you can have that of your loved ones or just your favourite colour.
