Can I have more than two illustrations? Yes, you select triple, or quadruple portrait.
How do I send my photo? Simply upload your photo when you're checking out. If you need to send more than one (for example, if we need extra detail on certain areas), please contact us and let us know which is the main photo. We don't include people, backgrounds etc.
Don’t have a photo? Message us with the full address, postcode and a description - we’ll use Google Streetview to locate it.
What will my illustration look like? We illustrate from the perspective in the photograph and won't include satellite dishes, dustbins etc - let us know anything specific in your enquiry. We'll create the illustration in portrait or landscape according to the shape of the building. Once complete, we colour the illustration on the computer. We leave the building black and white to stand out from the sky and landscape, printed in duck-egg, sage and stone (we'll also colour bright paintwork or painted stone).
Please note with this product we do not include people (for example bride & groom, families, couples, etc) who are pictured in the photograph, image or link that you supply.
Can I check my illustration before it's finalised? Yes — we'll upload a proof via a customer enquiry for you to check and request any changes to. We offer up to 3 amends to your original illustration. For further changes there will be an additional charge.
