Can I have more than one pet? Yes, just select how many in the dropdown.

How do I send my photo? Once you have placed your order we will send you a link to upload your image. Upload only one photo if possible. Only send extra photos if we need to see more details, but let us know which is the main photo. We don't include people, backgrounds etc.

What do you draw? The pet is hand-drawn in a black and white outline and printed on a choice of six backgrounds. This is a simplified sketch, not a detailed drawing, but we will try to capture the true character of your pet.

Can I check what you’ve drawn? Yes - just select yes to a digital proof in the order from, and we’ll upload a proof via a customer enquiry for you to check and make any changes to. We offer up to 3 amends to your original drawing. For further changes there will be an additional charge.
