Our standard postage is by Royal Mail 1st class post which has delivery guidelines of 1-2 working days but is not guaranteed to arrive within this timeframe.
We cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons, which is not limited to wearing them but any kind of handling. We are unable to verify with 100% accuracy on our end to what degree they have been used or handled, and given we cannot also guarantee which customers are more prone to infection due to newly pierced ears we opt not to accept returns of them so as not to risk anyones wellbeing.
