Jewellery Care:
Our beaded pieces are handmade with natural freshwater pearls and real gemstones, making each necklace beautifully unique but delicate by nature. Please handle with care and avoid pulling, tugging or aggressively stretching the necklace, as this can weaken the thread and cause breakage.
Avoid dropping, knocking or throwing the necklace against hard surfaces, as pearls can scratch or crack upon impact. For longevity, remove before sleeping, exercising or showering, and avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, hairspray and household chemicals, which can damage the surface of pearls and real stones over time.
After wearing, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store in a jewellery pouch or box to prevent scratches.
Damage caused by improper handling, accidental breakage or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a craftsmanship fault and is not eligible for refund or replacement.
