All of Glover and Smith designs are handmade from solid polished lead-free pewter which is non-tarnishing (that was the lead content in old pewter) and completely food safe. Because we use solid metal, it means the surface of your heart teaspoon will never flake like a silver plated teaspoon. To clean just wash with warm soapy water. All our designs are made exclusively by us in Wiltshire.
