Your choice of botanical pattern from Ash, Cedar, Fern, Grape, Horse Chestnut, or Oak leaves and your choice of stone. Please note that there is no definitive birthstone list, so if the stone you associate with your birthday is not here please message me and we can probably arrange it, also some months have several stones but this is a 5mm stone for for example a diamond in April at that size would be very very expensive so I have defaulted to the less precious stone. Also due to the nature of gemstones some are available as faceted stones and some as cabochons as indicated below.
