Steph Giordano turned her passion into a modern-day bakery success when she opened her East London bakery offering a range of treats known to be more Instagram worthy than traditional.

MEET STEPH
The Baked by Steph journey began as a passion project for London-based Steph Giordano in early 2018. With a degree in fashion and years spent working in both the fashion industry and the digital sector, Steph has spent her years developing a keen eye for detail and design.
In 2018 she spent her time working at a web design agency by day then honing her baking skills by night (and developing a pretty serious coffee addiction in the process!).
What began as cakes for friends soon became treats for friends of friends, until finally what had started as a hobby had snowballed into a full-time job. At the end of 2018 Steph bit the bullet and officially traded in websites and marketing for kitchen scales and cookie dough.

Terms and Conditions
By ordering from Baked by Steph, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
THE PRODUCT
Cookies have a minimum shelf life of 1 month from when they leave our bakery. An ingredients and allergens label can be found on the back of the product with the use by date.
ALLERGENS
Please discuss any allergies or special dietary requirements with us before making payment.
All Baked by Steph products are baked to order in an environment where gluten is heavily used, therefore, We cannot confidently offer gluten-free products.
We also handle nuts in our kitchen and therefore cannot accommodate nut allergies.
DELIVERY
As standard, we post all items via a Standard or Premium Tracked service by our shipping providers unless otherwise stated.
We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using a postcode finder before ordering.
We’re unable to guarantee delivery dates for shipping services as it’s outside of our control. Timeframes are a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Please note that, if your order is returned to us by the delivery courier due to an incorrect address at checkout or because nobody was home you may be required to pay an additional fee to have it redelivered.
CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel your order please be quick, as once we’ve baked your items we can’t offer a refund or take cancellations. Cancellation must usually be made within 24 hours of placing your order, and we may bake your biscuits straight away depending on the time that your order is placed. To cancel an order please contact us. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
REFUNDS
If you’re unhappy with any of our items you must notify us in writing. Complaints should be sent immediately upon receipt of the product. Evidence of any faults, damages or discrepancies should be included. Any refunds will be given entirely at our discretion. We may request that you send the product back to us and provide proof of postage so that we can fully determine the issue.
