Literary Heart Picture

This stunning, handmade, heartbook picture is created from vintage book pages and gold leaf.

A wonderful gift for any loved one, this heart collection picture has two beautiful stitched paper hearts emerging from the corner of a deep set box frame.

The hearts are created from damaged or neglected vintage books on a theme of love. One of the hearts is created from pages faced with gold leaf creating a stunning counterpoint.

Each heart is individually cut and stitched by hand and each picture will use different pages or books on the same theme making each a unique work of art.

This picture can be comissioned as an artist's version (medium size with two hearts and choice of frame colour) or personalised version (with the book, poem, music or map of your choice)

For a personalised version there are four heartbook designs to choose from: a plain bakground with multiple hearts; a plain background with two hearts; a text background with multiple hearts; a small picture with single heart in the corner.

Each version comes with a choice of black, white or natural wood frame and black or white background colour.
