Morpho Menelaus (n) - the Menelaus blue Morpho has a wingspan of 12cm and is one of over thirty species in the neotropical butterfly subfamily Morphinae
This butterfly has been hand painted in watercolour by artist Maddie Chambers before being digitally printed in the UK onto 3mm laser cut birch wood and strung on a satin ribbon. It’s a miniature work of art, perfect for hanging on Christmas trees, use it to finish an extra special present, or for decorating the house all year round!
