This is a truly stunning piece. Pillows of preserved moss, arranged in a small ceramic bowl.
All our moss is obtained through manual harvests from the private forests of French Alps and then is soaked in glycerine to prevent it from drying out. It will stay fresh and vibrant for years to come.
The bowl contains approx 5 x individual pillows of moss. We don’t use any glues but we do use a natural dye to give it the vibrant colour.
It is therefore vital that you don’t wet the moss, touch it or place it against a wall/curtains. Also, don’t sit it in direct sunlight as this will bleach the colour.
It is preserved and therefore is no longer growing and doesn’t need water – very easy to maintain!
Made in our workshop in Berkshire, we do not use any glues to create the arrangement. A show stopper for any room.
