In 1948 at Harry's Bar, Venice the legendary barman Giuseppe Cipriani combined white peaches with chilled Prosecco for the likes of Ernest Hemingway, Sinclair Lewis and Orson Welles, and a classic cocktail was born. The Bellini is now an international year-round favourite.
The Bellini is an International Bartenders Association Official Cocktail, indicating its popularity, and making it a much loved cocktail of many professional bartenders.
