The labour ease bath oil really helped me through my labour. I also used capfuls in a sink of warm water to smell and dip a flannel in. I think the aromatherapy blend helped with the pain, relaxed me and seemed to regulate the contractions. I have bought it for all my friends and colleagues who are pregnant! Nina, Worthing
