This three-hour beekeeping experience with More Bees Please offers the chance to learn more about one of nature’s most important insects while getting properly involved at the hive. Hosted by the family-run team, the session begins with an introduction to beekeeping and the story behind their sustainable approach to honey production in the UK. Guests will learn more about the role bees play in the environment and the work being done to help combat the declining honey bee population.
After sampling some of the local honey, participants will suit up for a hands-on experience with the bees themselves. With expert guidance throughout, it’s an engaging and memorable day out for anyone curious about beekeeping, wildlife or sustainable food production.
